RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are only able to offer exchanges for broken or defective (unable to light) products. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be broken upon arrival or defective (will not light).

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or online order number and proof of broken item(s) (photos). If the candle is defective, send video via email to jenny@spiritandtruthtradingco.com.
